The Surgical Center participates with a variety of insurance carriers. Prior to your day of surgery, we will contact you insurance company. Our billing department will contact you in advance of your procedure if there is any financial responsibility on your part. We accept all major credit cards, including CareCredit, checks and cash.
On the day of your procedure, we ask you to provide your insurance card and photo ID. We will also review important information, such as your address and phone numbers so we can bill your insurance company on your behalf. Please inform us of any changes to your address or insurance company prior to your procedure to avoid any billing discrepancies.
Once we received payment for your surgery, you may receive an additional bill from us for patient responsibility. Please do not hesitate to call our billing department to discuss any correspondence you receive from the Surgical Center or our insurance carrier.
The Surgical Center participates with a number of health insurance plans. Review the list of health plans. If your insurance company is not listed, please feel free to call the billing department to discuss your insurance.
